Super soft cookies



140g spelled smooth flour

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon himalayan salt

100g sunflower butter (or another)

60g cane sugar

30g xylitol

You can use only 90g one of sweetener

1 vejce

100g dark chocolate

Vanilla pod or vanilla aroma


  1. Mix cane sugar with butter until smooth.
  2. Heat oven to 350°F
  3. Add egg and vanilla pod or aroma, sift flour piecewise mixed with baking powder, soda and salt and mix with electric mixer until well blended.
  4. Finally, manually add the chopped chocolate.
  5. Put baking paper on the baking pan a make cookies.

  6. Bake approx 10 min.
