Super soft cookies
140g spelled smooth flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon himalayan salt
100g sunflower butter (or another)
60g cane sugar
You can use only 90g one of sweetener
100g dark chocolate
Vanilla pod or vanilla aroma
- Mix cane sugar with butter until smooth.
- Heat oven to 350°F
- Add egg and vanilla pod or aroma, sift flour piecewise mixed with baking powder, soda and salt and mix with electric mixer until well blended.
- Finally, manually add the chopped chocolate.
Put baking paper on the baking pan a make cookies.
Bake approx 10 min.
