Simple avocado chocolate cake
1 gluten free chocolate puding
100g graham flour
40g wholemeal flour
Or you can use only 140g graham flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
A little gingerbread spice
1 bio sour cream (or normal)
40g xylitol (or other sweetener)
20g rice syrup
Possible use only 80g of sweetener (cane sugar, coconut sugar, palm sugar etc..)
3 ripe bananas
1 cream cheese
2 bitter chocolate with sea salt
- Heat oven to 356°F.
- MIx flour with baking powder, chocolate puding and ginger bread spice.
Beat eggs with sour cream and sweeteners, then sift flour mixture piecewise.
Pour dough into cake form.
Bake 20 min.
Meanwhile prepare a chocolate layer.
Mix avocado and bananas until smooth.
Add cream cheese and chocolate, which we dissolved in a water bath.
A bit chocolate leave for decorate.
Put the chocolate layer on the finished and cooled corpus.
Remaining piece of chocolate mix with 2 tablespoon coconut oil, make circles from outer to inner, then make the lines with stick or fork from inside to out over the whole cake.
Refrigerate 2 hours at least.
