Apricot bun with fit crumb



30g corn flour

30g ground oatmeal

50g graham flour

30g barley wholemeal flour

Or you can use just 140g wholemeal or graham flour

1 apricot gluten free puding

1 teaspoon baking powder

80g xylitol (or other sweetener what you prefer)

Vanilla aroma

1 egg

1 white greece yogurt

200 ml water or milk

5-6 apricots


100g semi-coarse wholemeal flour

50g light butter

60g xylitol


  1. Mix all flour with oatmeal, puding and baking powder.
  2. Mix yolk with electric mixer also with 60g of xylitol or other sweetener, smooth mixture add to flour, add yogurt and mixed egg white with 20g of xyiltol. Add a litlle water or milk and beat until well blended.
  3. Pour dough to baking dish with baking paper.

  4. Heat oven to 350°F

  5. Make sprinkle with mix of whole ingredients on her

  6. Put cut apricot and sprinkle with a crumb

  7. Bake 20 min.
