Apricot bun with fit crumb
30g corn flour
30g ground oatmeal
50g graham flour
30g barley wholemeal flour
Or you can use just 140g wholemeal or graham flour
1 apricot gluten free puding
1 teaspoon baking powder
80g xylitol (or other sweetener what you prefer)
1 white greece yogurt
200 ml water or milk
100g semi-coarse wholemeal flour
50g light butter
- Mix all flour with oatmeal, puding and baking powder.
- Mix yolk with electric mixer also with 60g of xylitol or other sweetener, smooth mixture add to flour, add yogurt and mixed egg white with 20g of xyiltol. Add a litlle water or milk and beat until well blended.
Pour dough to baking dish with baking paper.
Heat oven to 350°F
Make sprinkle with mix of whole ingredients on her
Put cut apricot and sprinkle with a crumb
Bake 20 min.
